The aim of the project is to develop measurement methods based on measurement data obtained in
industrial IV testers. The aim is to determine characteristic parameters of solar cells, which have not been
determined so far or have been determined offline. The methods will be tested under laboratory conditions
and then optimized for measurements in the industrial mass production of silicon solar cells.
