Laboratories for perovskite solar cells

In our perovskite laboratories, we evaluate various absorber, contact layer and passivation materials. We use processes such as spin coating, thermal evaporation and sequential processes in which the organic compounds or deposited using gas phase transport and inkjet printing. We also carry out investigations into long-term stability with modeling of ageing phenomena. The good cooperation within ISFH, in particular characterization, silicon solar cell development and module development, enables a holistic evaluation of tandem solar cells and modules.
