PV ACTION

The joint project PV-ACTION (Research and Pilot Environment for Advanced Connected Technologies and Industry-Oriented Operational Pilot Networks) aims to improve the conditions for the industrial reshoring of the photovoltaic value chain to Europe.

The ISFH subproject focuses on establishing a distributed, cross-institute pilot line structure that enables testing and demonstration of new cell and module technology innovations under realistic conditions, as well as developing concepts for industry-oriented joint developments between the institutes.

To achieve this, combinations of technological innovations from the participating institutes are first identified, and implementation-related aspects such as organizational access, technical integration, and data transfer are clarified. Subsequently, a demonstration run is carried out, and the concept of the interconnected pilot line is further refined based on the practical experience gained.
