As part of the online seminar series of the renowned trade journal pv magazine, Dr. Felix Haase will give a brief introduction to passivating contacts and above all to the “poly-Si on oxide”, or POLO, technology developed at ISFH on Thursday, May 9, 2019, at 3 p.m. Furthermore, Dr. Haase will discuss the potential of these new contacts, which has been proven with the world record of 26.1 % efficiency on boron-doped p-type silicon, as well as possible challenges for the introduction into industrial scale.
